Vivace has consistently lived up to our expectations and surpassed them. The service is the best in Tucson, quiet, unobtrusive, but attentive. Ambience of restaurant is way above average for a relaxed lunch or leisurely dinner. We find the service is the same whether we are a large party ordering expensive items or a couple having a light lunch. The spinach souffle is beyond delicious and the accopanying salad is absolutely perfect. The Pork tenderloin is another winner but the Cibatta from La Brea bakery in LA, ordered frozen and baked on site served with olive oil, garlic and basil is so incredible that one almost wants to make a meal from this. Vivace hits all the right notes and we hope they continue for a very long time. Donna Rochester
